Fireworks

Here are some shots from my first attempt at fireworks. The fireworks were at Belmore Basin (Wollongong Harbour) and I was at Towradgi Pt, about 4km away. Canon 400D and 70-200mm f/4L, mostly at 200mm but some at 116 and 135. ISO 200 f/7.1 and 2.5 - 5sec exposures. Cropped and fiddled with in GIMP. Brutal criticism welcome. :scared3:

There great captures David, but personally i just think fireworks are such a wast of good money that could be spent more wisely, just MHO though.
