ISS over Sydney last night

The ISS did a 2 minute fly-by over Sydney last night at 21.25 SW to NNE max height 77deg.

While I was at a local park taking short frames for a .gif my mate in Randwick attached his Canon 7D to his 10"Dob and manually tracked it while taking video. This is one of his frames :eyepop:

We didn't know what to expect, neither of us expected this!

I've passed on this thread to both Nik and Christian who took the still image and they're are super psyched to take more, infact we had another Fly-Over tonight and they were out there again taking more video ... hopefully they'll join the forum soon and share their goodies.

I have been trying to get a good shot off the ISS the last few nights but the 40c days and the early evening passes have made the seeing horrible.
