The other night I managed to image Comet Lemmon (C/2012 F6) as it passed by Gamma Crucis. Canon EOS 600D, Vixen Polarie, 85mm at f/2.8 and 200 at f/4. The animation contains 77 frames from a 100% crop of the 200mm shots.

Thanks for looking,

Great Video. I tried to catch this last night with my 7x50 binos and could not see it from my urban location. It is still an object for telescopes unless you have darker skies.

Thanks Tom got a look last night with the 16" Dob before high cloud rolled in. Doesn't look good for tonight though.

Thanks guys, and in the absence of clear skies tonight, here is a 3D version, based on first and last exposures 40 minutes apart. Centre your eyes on the white line then cross your eyes until the left and right images overlap :)
