Playing with M42

I have been unable to get to use my equipment for some time and so I had a play with stitching together a 4 panel mosaic of M42 and NGC1977 and combining this with a Narrow Band image of M42 that I had taken quite some time ago and not been able to process to my liking. But after some reading I thought I would give it another go and produce something different for myself.

I've tried a heap of PS techniques and other programs but generally found them lacking but the Microsoft one worked a real treat and balanced each frame well so I was quite pleased.
