Made of die cast aluminium. Consists of a standard Meade equatorial wedge, plus an adapter plate to accomodate the Meade LX90 drive base.
Allows mounting an LX90 in a polar mode on the scope tripod for long exposure astrophotography.
Comes with a deluxe latitude adjuster and azimuth fine adjuster for precise polar alignment.
Also includes no tool knobs for easy assembly of the wedge to the tripod and the scope to the wedge, plus a compass for faster aligning on the pole.
Suitable for latitude from 20° through to 60°. Includes bubble level to help get the tripod level.

Yes happy to send the wedge to NZ. It weighs a bit though so could be pricey. I'll knock up a postage $ for you when i get home tomorrow. Would accept paypal if that suits?

Ok here are the weight and dimension details. Source postcode is 2905

Box should be 35cm * 28cm * 20cm. This could change slightly depending on what I find at the cardboard recyling joint :P

Mount weight is 4.25kg. I would use 5kg as the calculation weight as the packaging and box will add a bit on.

I can send O/S but a quick calculation i just did for postage to NZ came in at about $70.

Hi, quite happy with both the cost of the item and the freight charges. I understand that the freight charges may well increase.
