C/2012 F6 Lemmon, C/2011 K5 LINEAR plus animation.

Hi,

Here's some more comet images plus animation of C/2011 K5 LINEAR, for 3/1/2013.

First C/2011 K5 LINEAR animation, this comet is really moving and I was limited to 30 sec exposures at ISO 3200 to stop trailing. I decided to supply an animation, 31 sec run time, real time 18 minutes that includes timing intervals. I also used registax to stack on the comet, for a single image.

In that time it moved 3.8 arc minutes.

C/2012 F6 Lemmon is a colourful comet, really putting on quite performance.

Unmodded canon 1100D baader coma corrector.

2 minute subs at iso 800, total 12 minutes, Median stack in DSS (http://www.astronomyforum.net/wiki/DSS), processed in PS (http://www.astronomyforum.net/wiki/PS) 7. For Comet Lemmon only.
