My first 2013 image... NGC 1566

Forget the processing - 2013 has begun so what better way to start the year than with a faint fuzzy despite the moonlight! :)

NGC 1566 (not a common target)

Scope: C9.25
Mount: CGEM
Camera: ATIK 320E

12 x 5 min images plus darks and bias.

Still not overly happy with the C9.25 in terms of focus, but this is a quick n rough start to the new year.

Might be worth looking into a crayford if focus issues continue to plague you.
