Hi all,
I have finally finished compiling this mosaic taken 10 days ago. Eight individual frames with ND filter and exposure at 1/154. These were by far the best conditions since I began lunar imaging - no high level or intermittent cloud!
Bright peaks and areas still appear slightly overcooked.. would changing the gamma setting in IC Capture help reduce the contrast? or is it all due to exposure setting?
Also including f20 pic of Archimedes crater (although the seeing probably did not warrant high magnification at the time) and a low power Jupiter capture from 20th December.
Happy New Year everyone! :party2:
