I'm still to get a decent shot of Jupiter - the first 2 were shot using my old f7 130mm Newt earlier in 2004.

Gee, there not bad Andy. I have some Venus transit photos on my website, amazing event.

Good to see someone else from the UK on the forum. Great shots mate. I especially like the Jupiter shot through the SkyWatcher 130. I used to have the same scope then traded it in for my SkyWatcher 8" Dob. I never captured the GRS using the 130. :astron:

The jupiter shot was done using ep projection using a 10mm LER ep and double size processed in registax.

Normally they were this size:

The Saturn shot was using a 4x barlow - can't wait to try it on Jupiter which is still a bit low in the south for me yet this year.

Well you guys got Saturn and we got Jupiter. Guess we both can't have it all.
