How is a Moderator Chossen

Hi guys, I would like to ask this question, probably more to Mike or one of the moderates.

Now that Paul has hung up the hammer, how is a new and/or a moderator found.

Is there a process involved, dose the person have to be of a good standing, number of threads, knowledge of the computer world, or is it all secret stuff and only through a friendship situation

I appreciated the work that these people do and I have been deleted a few times for certain reasons, and that is fine, that is why we have moderators i expect.

But i would like to know, (How Is a Moderator Chosen) Please.

Leon

Sorry Leon, there's no written rules and it's not really a topic I'm going to discuss in the public forum.
