NGC 4945 - 14" SCT- reworked

Hi all, reworked some data from 2010 with added processing skills acquired over that time. This is a total of 3 hours 7 minutes exposure with LX200 14" at f6.3 and Astro 40D at ISO 800. Exposure times varied from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.

The little galaxy close to NGC 4945 is PGC 45317 mag. 15.3; can someone identify the face on spiral above the centre of NGC 4945 and its magnitude? Thanks.

Hi all, Wikisky lists the unkown galaxy as USNOA2 0375-17311169, magnitude 16.9 . Is that the correct designation for a galaxy?
