Hong Kong at night

Found some old pano data on my hard disk...and with the wonderful weather we have been having in Sydney (not! )
.....decided I needed to learn how to put some Zoomify code into my web pages.

Cool - I remember the day time version. I bet not many people doing astro-photography there. Looks like a beacon of light.

Hong Kong actually has some great planetary imagers. The smog helps. Deep sky ...well...yes downtown Sydney is a dark site in comparison

Ah yes Hong Kong - my current home away from home.

Something tells me I'll have to change the scale on the y axis.

This is how I do my astronomy when in HK : laptop, room service for dinner (so I can get back to the hotel early) and a remote control observatory back home. Pic taken last night. Got some good data to play with now.

That is one city that is way to big for this bushy.
