Nice one Michael.
Was that an early rise, or a last shot before bed?

I managed to zip up the sleeping bag and hide under my pillow before the sun peeped up Fri and Sat. Really enjoyed my first SPSP.

Thanks for the comments guys

The image was taken around 7am on the Saturday morning (May 15), I used a Canon 50D with a Canon 17-85mm.

I was observing up until around midnight the evening before, so it wasn't too late to bed for me. Unlike some of the others... sheesh, there were people pottering around until dawn.

Great dawn but it looks like everyone has already packed up and gone home.

Cheers Kev.

I'm suffering severe Wiruna withdrawal after revisiting this pic and shots on the Wiruna website

Its not cold enough here, and I'm not getting anywhere near enough star time since getting back....grrrr!
