Public viewing - Melb - Help needed

Guys,
I've arranged a "in-house" viewing night for my office building on Friday the 7th Nov.
I've currently got 4 definate scopes coming along & a possible 5th.

But to date the response from the office has been much better than expected & it looks like there could be between 50 & 70 people attending.

Is there anyone conveniently close to the Hawthorne (Melbourne) area that would be willing to bring their scope along??

The event will take place on the top floor exposed balcony of my office building on the cnr or Power St & Burwood Rd, Hawthorn from about 7.30pm onwards.
My company is providing a free Sausage Sizzle for all attendees.
Don't be concerned about space. Our office balcony is HUGE. It can easily accomodate 300 people. The red line on the attached pic generally shows the outline of the balcony.
240v power is available.

I can provide free undercover, secure parking for the evening & the lift goes to all car park levels.
I can also provide trolleys to move the gear from car to balcony. No carrying required.
Would probably need to be set up by 7pm

Any help would be appreciated.
