New Setup

I am looking for a new setup consisting of an ED80 of some sort, and most likely just a Min EQ mount with motors for now as I don't have $2,100 to spend on a mount

With the mount you can get up to 20 minutes of great tracking with no(minimal) trailing when properly polar aligned. If I were to go 15 minutes, re-align and do three pictures to stack, I guess that would be fine. Sure it wont be good as a EQ-G or such, but it might be good until I can scrounge up some cash to buy a very good mount. Aligning it with a 15mW laser pointer should give me very accurate results.

Now, I need help with focusing and such. What will I need to get proper focus, how can I see to adjust the focus, and will I just need anything in general besides the ED80.

Also I'll need something that'll make my camera go onto the ED80 and image from it

Regards,
Ingo
