It's not hard.

Aside from cleaning the optics which is frankly trivial, the less obvious thing is to mark the perimeter of the corrector, retaining ring and the OTA with a pencil (or marker pen, anything) so you can put the parts back together in the same orientation. This matters, a lot. Do this much and the collimation will probably be still OK afterwards.

If you do not want to take it to Bintel, you could try Tasco in Sydney, they have a customer service dept.

fair enough, but i took my c11 to bintel for a clean and they did a good job....
