Interesting question - I have the same camera and filters, but use the software X-calibrator to determine the balance between the colour channels. It's easy to use and freeware.
What I have noticed is that the results are not uniform - I usually get numbers around:R 0.85 G 0.8 and B 1, but these vary up to 10%. I think the exposure time and light pollution are fairly important variables too.
Cheers,
Andrew.

Thanks Andrew.
I'll have to get Elbrus plate solving as Excalibrator needs a file with a plate solved WCS header.
Cheers

ah. I use pixinsight's script - and although I'm sure you could upload it to astrometry.net I have no idea how you would get it to write the wcs header. For what it's worth I have Elbrus working on my laptop, but you need the image scale dead on, and a pretty damn good starting guess for it to work.

Cheers,
Andrew
