Bright nights

A few shots from my recent trip to Bright and district. Two from Mt Buffalo and one from Woolshed Falls (minus the water!)

Mt Buffalo shots: Modded Canon 550d, UV/IR clip in filter, Sigma 30mm f1.4 @ f2.8,1600iso, 30 seconds, mounted on Nano Tracker at half speed.
Woolshed Falls: Modded Canon 550d, UV/IR clip in filter, Canon 18 - 55mm kit lens @ f3.5, 1600iso, 30 seconds, mounted on Nano Tracker at half speed (foreground painted with torchlight).

The Mt Buffalo shot with the Milky Way was created by blending separate shots of foreground and sky, it was so dark you could hardly see the foreground in a single take.

They’ve come out well Michael. The light painting works well in the last image.
