EQ6 Axis Adjustment

I've stripped down and reassembled the EQ6 numerous times, installed the belt mod, etc. Astro Baby's site was extremely helpful, however I was wondering if anyone has any idea what the proper amount of torque that should be required to rotate the mount when tightening the respective axis.
There must be a factory standard. It wouldn't be too hard to quantify with a certain amount of weight a certain distance from the axis.
Thanks in advance.

I assume your referring to axis play. Ideally tighten the bearing cap nut while moving the shaft, once it binds your too tight. You want minimal play without binding. The bearing should be able to move smoothly through its entire rotation. I hope you used SuperLube or some other synthetic grease, as some auto type greases can contribute to binding. Make sure you have adjusted the worm bearing end cap so it has no slop in the worm movement from side to side. Check for belt scraping on the metal of the RA housing, this has been known to happen as not all housings are cleaned up enough at the factory. I had to attack minecwith a Dremel tool in a couple of spots to improve clearance where the belt moves through the opening to the worm.

Thanks Glenn
Superlub is the way to go, been on it for a few years.
I am more interested in how freely the mount should rotate obviously without any play.
It's working OK, just the DEC guiding seems a bit lumpy for want of a better word. Polar alignment is good.
