PEMPro question

Hi to you all, nice weather.

Anyway, a lot of you seem to use PEMPro for PEC.

I am a little confused after checking the site.

The CCDWare site has a latest date of 2010, six years ago.

There is mention of release 3 which may have the ASCOM function for my camera/s. No mention of when this is likely to happen. I don't have and don't want the list of possible camera control software given.

Have any of you Losmandy G11 owners out there used PEMPro for PEC and how do you do it or do you use something else?

Thanks
Greg

CCDware has a support forum so you could register and ask the owner of the software Ray Gralak and he responds very quickly.

Hi Greg,
I have PEMPro. For me PEMPro controls my ASCOM camera and mount via MAXIMdl (v5.18). It has recently (in the last month) received an update.

If you go to the support forum you will see a thread that explains how to download the beta V.3 version. It does control an ASCOM camera. You have to be a registered user of V.2 to use V.3. In other words, no free trial of V.3
