Photography Light Tents / Cubes / Boxes

Has anyone tried using a photography light tent/cube/box for doing flats, especially on the larger scopes like the RC10 I've got?

Examples from ebay:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/50cm-Tent...item3a8f55db5b

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Photograp...item19f4d7c0ac

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Photo-Stu...item27e8efb30b

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/40cm-Phot...item2a4a554378

They look interesting, but I presume the light levels across the back may not be consistent enough?

Well I take it from the lack of responses that no one has done this...?

Try searching, Exfso here builds them if you are looking to buy and READ the thread for feedback on performance: http://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/s...ad.php?t=49736

I've seen that thread and may end up going down that path, although from memory it was a lot more expensive for the larger scopes (naturally). I was hoping for a more portable solution too for traveling (car space can be tight when I'm doing astro + other stuff, especially with the wife's gear too).
