Aluminium tape

I'm after some alu tape to shim a couple of lenses that are not quite square to the sensor. Do you know where I can get this? TIA.

The simplest shims to use are feeler guages. Go to supercheap and buy a set of feeler guages for less than $10. These are made of stainless though and won't bend very easily.

Thanks Terry. I was thinking of something adhesive and more permanent that I can stick at the back of each lens.

I got a roll of aluminium tape for my cooler box from Bunnings - 50mm wide (or thereabouts).

If the local Bunnings idea doesn't pan out, I am sure I can lay my hands on some of the "500mph" stuff. Or the other fly-boys here could, Flasher or the likes.
Sing out if you need it.

Sarking tape is aluminium tape with a fabric in it and is self adhesive. Its about .7mm thick.

In the roof sarking area in Bunnings. Not all Bunnings stock it though. Try a bigger Bunnings.

Greg.
