Issue after drizzle integration in PixInsight

Hi all,

Wondering if someone is able to help with an issue I'm having with integrated drizzle files in PixInsight.

I have used the WBPP process in PixInsight. After that I integrated the drizzle files. When I zoom in to the resulting image I can see a green artefact over some of the brighter stars (image attached). Does anyone know what is causing this? I've attached the settings I've used.

All I can think of from your setting compared to what I usually use is the Kernel function; I've always used square.

Enable local distortion also seems to be missing from the settings in the image attached. I agree with Colin, I have only ever used square as well.

I've tried it with both Squared and Circular and get the same result. I've reduced the 'Drop Shrink' tp see if that has any affect.

Interestingly drizzling in DSS doesn't produce the artefact.

Thanks. I'll try that.

Yes "Enable local distortion" and Kernel function set to "Square".
