ASCOM Chooser in MAximDL

Is anyone else having problems getting to choose ASCOM-driven devices (such as QHY guide cams and some focusers) in Maxim? I am finding that Maxim won't even open up the Choose dialog box. It will open up for some things, but not others. For example, it will open up for choosing the Mount.

I'm stumped. The error message that keeps popping up has something to do with exceptions or some such - which is totally alien to me I'm afraid. At one stage, I got a message saying my 64-bit QHY5LII driver was only registered as a 32bit driver and that was one reason it would not load.

I'm mystified. The drivers and ASCOM versions are the latest stable releases from their respective stables.

Which version of MaxIM Peter? 5 or 6?

V6 has updated a lot.

Perhaps QHY has an updated MaxIM plugin?

G'day Lewis.
Version 6 in Maxim. And I had thought about the Maxim plugin but couldn't find it. I'll look again.
