batch processing for FITS

Hello, having imaged across the meridian on Friday night I now have half pictures orientated one way and half inverted. Is there a way to batch them all and change the orientation so they match without doing each one singly. They were captured in Nebulosity so it believe they are FITS files on a windows 8 beastie
Cheers

Graham, did you try the Nebulosity options under "Batch"->"Batch Geometry"?

Hi Graham,

You dont need to orientate them all the same way. Just stack tehm all together and your stacking program should rotate and align them all.
Otherwise PixInSight will allow you to batch rotate them all. Dont know about other software
