This unit is unused, and has only come out of the box for me to peer at it once or twice. I bought it a few years ago and now find it surplus to my needs, at a time when I need to free up some hobby funds to complete a telescope-making project.
It has never been switched on, or even plugged together, and apart from the hand controller nothing has even come out of the snap bags.
This includes everything:
1. Digital telescope computer
2. Serial communications cable
3. USB serial adapter
4. External DC power cable
5. 1.3m encoder cable kit
This package sells currently for $678.19 (inc GST) plus posting. I am asking $
550 flat plus postage. That's a fair bargain and I'm not dropping the price from here. That's a saving of $128 for a brand-new system. Imagine spending more time looking at the faint fuzzies, instead of looking for that equilteral triangle of stars ... then that next acute triangle of stars ... then that galaxy which is about a half field or so off that obtuse triangle of stars ...
