103P/ Hartley 2

2010 Dec 11.53 UT; m1= 7.7; Dia= 20'; DC= 1/2; 7x50 B
No tail.
Comp Star= TYC 5987-216-1; Method= S; Cat= TJ

2010 Dec 12.53 UT; m1= 8.3; Dia= 9.6'; DC= 4; 25cm L, f:5 (x39)
No tail, coma shows small central condensation with a bar-like feature extending West within the coma, outer coma appears offset to the North.
Comp Star= TYC 5983-487-1; Method= S; Cat= TJ


2010 Dec 12.54 UT; m1= 7.5; Dia= 10'; DC= 1; 7x50 B
No tail, coma diffuse.
Comp Star= TYC 5987-3116-1; Method= S; Cat= TJ


C/2010 B1 Cardinal

2010 Dec 12.55 UT; m1= 13.7; Dia= 1'; DC= 1/2; 25cm L, f:5 (x83)
No tail, coma small and diffuse, near bright star, seen with averted vision in good seeing.
Comp Star= GSC-0147-0330; Method= S; Cat= HS


B1 Cardinal makes my 64th comet observed.
