Problem with WinJUPOS

Hi,

I'm trying to get WinJUPOS (10.3.5) to show an animation of Jupiter corresponding to a video I did a few days back, but I've found that if I make any change to the observer geographical co-ordinates in the Ephemerides tab, the animation no longer works and the actual ephemerides disappear.

Has anyone else had this issue? Maybe I'm doing something dumb as I'm trying this for the first time, but I can't see what it might be.

Also I note that the animation, when it does work, shows a 'N' pointer for Jupiter, but this doesn't seem to co-inside with Jupiter's actual North pole. Is this perhaps a pointer to Earth's North pole?

Thanks
Steve
