How did you get a photo of the first one without at least a dozen tourists?

This was one of the less crowded temple ruins in the Angkor Wat complex,
just had to wait a couple of minutes. These were large files, and have not survived downsizing well.

From memory this may have been Ankor Thom, I'd have to go back through my images.
I was there 15 months ago and it was covered in iPads and selfie sticks

They blur together Colin; I think we covered all of the worthwhile ruins
over four days. I would have to get very busy on PS to erase the hordes
from pics of the main ruins. The rock formations are in Meteora, Greece,
and the sunbaking turtle family were in Bali.
I wouldn't like to live in Cambodia Leon, too humid and enervating
in my dotage.

Nice corner of the Galaxy too. One way or another (boats, cars, planes, steam engines, and not forgetting telescopes...) he sure seems to get around a bit..

Great pictures.

The companion to the dotage is the "anecdotage" - the time when you get to tell all your stories and anecdotes. So please keep them coming!

Cheers,

Chris

(My friends assure me that they never mind me retelling the same tales and stories, because they no longer remember them anyway... )
