Yes it was spectacular. The observing site was about 130km north of Broken Hill, just south of Packsaddle. I can share my video of the event. Go here...

This was using my 8"LX90 that was left to run unattended while I observed the event visually, 200m to the south. The scope was defocused, a bit too much really, in an effort minimise the saturation of Antares A. Watch carefully and you'll see Antares B pop up above the limb just before the reappearances of Antares A.
I was not the only one to run unattended stations though. We had 8 observers and 13 stations.
