Today's early digital shot NGC 1365

20 x 30 secs unguided 8" f/5 Newt ISO 1600. Best at 50% screen.

I’m setting up for NGC 4945 tonight under a near full moon
Going to need a lot more than 10 minutes I’d say

I saw your image earlier but got tied up before I could say well done. I must get set up and do some galaxies but they intimidate me a bit.

Alex, get stuck into some galaxies, NGC 253, 1365, 4945, 5128, M31, M83,
nothing intimidating about the brighter ones listed here.
