Gain Setting for ZWOASI120MM-3 with PHD2

I’ve used a ZWOASI120MM-3 as a guide camera with PHD2 for about 3 years now and never really looked into the correct or optimal gain setting when using PHD2. It’s always been Gain 95 and Noise reduction 2x2
I’d like to know what others use when using this camera as a guide camera for PHD2
A few other forums suggest Gain 95 is to high for this camera and will cause unnecessary saturation
I welcome any comments or advice
Thanks
PS: I use a 60mm Orion guide scope ( FL 240mm ) piggy backed on my newt

Martin,
For all my ASI cameras I work with unity gain..
For the ASI 120MM this is 29
(I also have my Gamma at 50)
These are the settings I use in Firecapture.

Good question. I use the asi120mms in PHD in both windows and Ubuntu where it is a little different, with an OAG. Noise reduction does not seem to help and I think I have tried differing gains without much change. I am going to try Kens suggestion tomorrow and see how that works. I use unity gain on the asi1600.
