What's wrong with my star's spikes?

This is a Celestron RASA image (f2.22) using a Nikon D800 imaging dslr camera using my past mount of a ioptron cem60, of the Western Veil Nebula. And

I have a question about why is that yellow star's spikes shaped that way....sorta

flattened on opposite sides and then spikey on the opposite corner (90 deg) sides?

Is it my collimation? Wouldn't think so, since the Celestron RASA was factory new.

Was it the weight on the corrector plate? Making those disturbances? Too much weight? Or was it temperature? Of out of focus?

Could it possibly have been the cables infront of the corrector plate? The RASA can create diffraction spikes from the cable from the camera,.

That's my thought as well. It also isn't unusual to see flaring towards the extreme edges of a photographic field. I get flaring towards the edge of my 130mm refractor with a D810
