More CCD probs...

So I finally got my 314e back, after Atik fixed a wiring issue which was apparently causing my previous issues. Now I'm getting a consistent glow in the top of the frame, which becomes more pronounced as I stretch (see attached 300 sec stretched darkframe).

This may be a stupid question, but this isn't normal, is it? I'm thinking at this point I might just ask for a refund.

Yep, that looks wrong.

Was that taken without being attached to a scope? Just the camera with body cap?

Thanks mate.

Yep, it was 300sec with the body cap on the camera. I took it because I'd noticed a glow when stretching my first attempt at using the CCD on the telescope and wanted to confirm it was the camera and not something else.

Thanks mate :-)

Contacted the retailer asking for a refund, who's now passed it on to Atik before agreeing.
