Did anyone image Simeis 147 ?

This object is a very complex spaghetti like supernova remant, about three degrees across, on the Taurus-Auriga border and very faint so it requires a very dark sky to image it. It should be visible in summer in Australia and not too low in the sky as it is on declination 28 N.

Did anybody image this object ?

Yes! But the data wasn't captured from Australia. I've seen a couple that were.

My renditions are here: https://www.astrobin.com/286622/ and https://www.astrobin.com/284525/

Cheers,
Rick.
