I am using 1.1.1

Is there a later or more worthy version?

I've found the hack very useful. Particularly the mirror lock feature

Chris, while I haven't used DSLR Focus' Automated Exposure Sequencing yet, I was wondering if it works with the hack lockup feature? I've heard or maybe read somewhere that there may be problems

Hack is good. Mirror lock-up the only real useful bit for astrophotography though. The H setting for ISO (3200) is useful for quick checks that DSO's are in frame, but useless for actual imaging. Too noisy!

You don't need automated exposure sequencing Paul... You've got a star-mate! Can't get much better than that...
Cheers

Hi Robby, long time no chat Shhhh I know that Robby, but other here are not as enlightened yet. Just thought I'd make them aware of possible issues with the hack. I know what you mean about the 3200 setting. Its like looking at a photo that's been sandblasted.

The 300D hack works fine with DSLR Focus and Images Plus so long as you dont enable the Mirror lock checkbox in the software.

Best regards
Chris
