TV eyepiece cap?

I absolulely love my Naglers and they are a joy to own beautiful build and the views are fantastic but for the most expensive and well regarded EPs in the world the eyepiece caps are pathetic and insufficient, what the hek are TV thinking surely they could have designed a better cap like one that actually stays on and protects the EP, does anyone use an alternative?

You're not wrong here. I love my Delites, but the caps are garbage. The upper caps come off at a moment's notice, and the barrel caps are so tight, you have to be careful not to launch the eyepiece into the dirt when prying 'em off.

Here is what you need! I changed to these several years ago - it was a good move.

Yes Brenton, I agree.
I use the same thing as Eric on my Naglers too.
Not too "flash" looking, but protection is the key.

Note that TeleVue recently changed the eyepiece caps on the Delites (and maybe others) and that the new eyepiece caps STAY ON!
You can get them directly from TeleVue only, which makes them too expensive in Oz.
