When you say marks on the OTA do you mean the housing or the mirror?

On the primary there are some micro scratches that are revealed by flashlight at the right angle, same on the secondary....probably incorrect or lazy cleaning technique.....Ota has some small nicks in the paint work, there is a small dent in the tube that lines up with the tube ring locking screw. Mirrors needed a clean , I have rinsed them with distilled water.

The r200ss renamed “The Great White Turd” is now sold, the buyer is fully
aware of its condition and wants to recondition it. Sadly this is third scope I have purchased here on IIS in the last nine months that has been in a condition different from its description, I don’t expect a used telescope to be pristine or not have dust on the optics but a fair and honest appraisal would be nice......lesson learnt.
