Danger Close: The Battle of Long Tan

Long overdue ..hopefully it does justice to telling the true story of the event.

A war story that's hopefully light on American accents. Not meaning to pile on the poo, but this should be refreshingly different. Can't wait.
Thanks Hans.

Yesterday was the 53rd Anniversary of the Battle of Long Tan and I went to see the movie Danger Close:Battle of Long Tan. Shame that after only just over a week since release it was relegated to the smaller capacity cinema and the audience was small. There are a few concerning events in the movie that had me wonder if they did occur, I trust the producers of this movie didn't take excessive liberties to embellish the story. I encourage all to see this movie in support of the Vietnam Veterans and Australian movie industry.

I watched the documentary on that years ago, I had it bookmarked as it was such a compelling story:

hi

I saw the film on Friday. I hope it is reasonably accurate.

I thought it was well done, and the gore seemed to be at an appropriate level. My better half didn't feel the need to hide from it.
