If you know enough to search for them (some keywords), try google and see if they're cached. If they are worthwhile keeping it might be worth trying this.

I copied and pasted most of his tutorials into a Word doc', so I'm OK.
I do that with most websites I visit, anything of interest I backup to a Word Doc, because some of the websites tend to disappear after a time.

For others the link Nick provided is a good suggestion.
