First light with a new scope C100 (IC2948), Running Chicken Nebula

Finally weather and my real live obstacles left a small gap for me to try out my new scope - TS-Optik 94mm Triplet APO F5.5 (re-badged Sharpstar really) with Apex ED reducer down to F3.6. Not fully tuned out as I am waiting for a custom adapter from Starizona for this telescope and still fighting backfocus but here we go...

Lots of good detail. Looks almost like narrowband with those colours.

thank you sir, it is sort of pseudo narrowband - UHD filter first and then overlayed with starless Ha filter subs.

Good work.
I'm looking at some TS Optics scopes in the future. Did you get stung for customs/GST charges?

Yop, and the FedEx took their cut too as tax and duty went through them - but still much faster and a few hundred cheaper than Sharpstar form Aus dealer or from Aliexpress.

Looking good, you nailed the noise reduction which is difficult given the amount of background nebulosity
