Celestron CPC925 autoguiding

Hi
New to this, but I just bought a Celestron CPC925 after looking at stuff with cheap scopes. Now I'd like to do a bit of photo work, was wondering would a Orion 70mm multi-use finder & guidescope plus a QHY5LII work on this telescope. Brain is starting to spin at all the different systems that people use.
Any advice would help. Thanks

From my memory of the original mount for my scope (It was a CPC925, now you might call it an Atlas Pro 925 as I remounted it) they use the same guider input as pretty much anything else so you could use an off the shelf guide camera setup.

The issue is the Alt-Az mount, unless you have it on a wedge and polar aligned guiding will not help you due to field rotation.

Thanks Paul, might have to read a little more. Have heard this type of mount could be a problem. May have to look at a wedge.
