Remote Observatory?

I'm fed up with the Sydney weather. I have some great gear going to waste and so the thought of relocating it keeps entering my mind. I'm sure there are numerous techincal issues to solve, but humor me and tell me places that I might consider. (I'm thinking of places like Riverdingo.)

Thanks!
Peter

How do you describe where you live?
Coona is great, for many reasons.
I think the best way to find out about a place is to spend a week of hol's.
Let us know if you're visiting, might catch up.

Sorry! I think I wasn't so clear in the first message. I'm not thinking of moving, but of moving the scope and mount to a location where it could be hosted....a place like Riverland Dingo Observatory http://www.riverdingo.net.au/

I was just wondering about similar sort of places.

I'm not ready at all to set up an entirely self sustaining remote location!

Thanks,

Peter
