Cameras for solar mosaics

Solar imaging is extremely rewarding, but getting high resolution images currently seems to require mosaics, which are not only technically difficult and time consuming to achieve, but also the dynamic nature of the Sun means that things change quite quickly.

This leads to a mosaic having changes in detail in the overlap areas.

I'm interested in which cameras, current or upcoming might be able to capture the full disc at high resolution in one or two panels.

I am currently using a 2/3" Grasshopper2 CCD, Paul H mentioned that the 6.0MP Grasshopper 3 or Grasshopper Express might be a good choice.

They have a 1" CCD, but the framerates are 9fps and 11fps at that coverage.

Any other contenders out there?
