Lagoon & Trifid Nebula

Hi All

These were taken last Friday from Kuitpo Forrest, my current favorite dark site.

It was a crystal clear and freezing cold night, the camera was happy though.

Im happy with the amount of detail that Im getting but I feel that my editing is still coming out a bit pink maybe?

50 x 180sec subs
10 darks
stacked in Sequator
Edited in PS

Advise, as always, is very welcome.

Regards
Chris

They look pretty good Chris - colour is about right for an unmodded dslr. You can try boosting the red saturation more in PS if you want more red.

Great images, nothing wrong with these at all.
In my opinion colour is really subjective. Its probably better to not boost colours too much which you camera has not captured at the time without adding more noise.
I've tried to bring out colours in my images that aren't captured at the time and just ended up with a noisy mess but I'm still a learner
Like Tony said about being right colous for an unmodded camera, yet again Alex has thrown the rule book out and brought us some brilliant images with his own colour pallet that are brilliant!!
So again colour is subjective so i wouldn't change anthing much at all with these excellent images.
Cheers
Andy
