Albury visit

I am doing two days contract work in Albury on Tuesday/Wednesday 24th/25th ( next week) and will probably pack the scope (unless the weather forecast is unremittingly gloomy). Can anyone recommend a good safe dark-sky site within a reasonable drive of the town? Also, if any IIS members in the area would like to meet up, send me a PM.....
