Basically straight out of the camera the jpgs have been brightened slightly. The last collage is all with the Sigma most shot at 30s f1.8 at ISO 1600 to 3200.The last two pics show the corners in the fourth pic(straight out of the camera). There are some abberations there.I hope this helps those who are considering this lens.

That's pretty good! Corner stars appear to be better than I recall the Samyang 14mm f/2.8. I'm watching with interest, following another thread over on Photography-On-The-Net. Very close to pulling the trigger on one of these babies. Good to see some test images from real users appear now they're on the market.
Do you have a lens correction profile for this lens? I have a Zeiss batis 25 lens that at F2 has similar corner stars but they straighten up using a bit of the distortion slider in Lightroom. Can you try that and see if it straightens them up?
Those F1.8 corner stars look bad when pixel peeping but when viewing the overall image they aren't bad.
It seems good not great and for $2000 I kind of expect more considering there are some good choices for well under $1000. The Samyang 12mm F2 for APSc cameras is fairly good at F2 for example.
No Greg I don,t have a lens profile for it.And yes for the price one has to wonder when compared to the Samyang and others.Apparently the price has already gone up here in Oz.I,ll have a look in Lightroom might be a while I,ve just got it.Still using Picasa.
