[TRADED/FOUND] EQ5 or similar mount head

Looking for an EQ5 type mount head. Must have a Vixen-style saddle and functioning slow motion controls. Tripod not required.

Note that I'm looking for a manual mount, nothing with GoTo or motor drives.
