HEQ5 Pro Mount Tracking

I have HEQ5 Pro mount, is it possible to track objects and take astro photos without guide camera?

Yes.
If properly PA aligned you should be able to get at least 45 to 60 sec subs which you can stack to get reasonable images.

Following on from Ken, you can take longer exposures ( 1 to 2 minutes ) with the HEQ5 mount especially if your imaging wide field with a short focal length telescope as tracking error is more forgiving provide your PA is tight
At a focal ratio of f6 and focal length of 900mm Ive taken unguided 90sec exposures with my coma corrected 6” newt on the HEQ5 with reasonably round stars on a good seeing night , but your PA has be tight
Guiding is not that difficult or expensive to set up and gives you far more flexibility in your imaging especially on poor to average seeing conditions
Cheers
