Skywatcher Synscan issue.

Does anyone else have issues with their Synscan app just disconnecting from the wifi connection for no reason at all? I've just started using Synscan and Skysafari on the same Android tablet, and every 15-20 minutes it disconnects, despite originally connecting fine and working a treat. I'm prepared to revert to using Synscan on my phone and SkySafari on the tablet, which worked fine, but it seems odd that it should give up after working fine for 20 minutes. I don't need to start all over again, just go back into Synscan and hit "connect" again, but it's frustrating. First world problem, I realise.

Cheers Nik,

It's a tablet, which works fine when I use Syncan on a phone and Skysafari on the tablet, but they won't work properly when both are on the tablet. There must be a setting which isn't quite right, but it's odd that the dropouts are intermittent. It should either work properly or not at all!

Tried the synscan on the tablet and skysafari on the phone? see if you get a dropout then it may help with or just try the synscan on the tablet and see if you get the dropouts,

Apparently updating software can cause glitches in the cache. Cleared the cache and it's been fine for two hours. Thanks for responding Nik.
